Looking at a 1-bed near Bank St, in-unit laundry, no parking. Feels a bit high for the size. What are people actually paying around here right now?

Renewal came in $175 higher than last year. Unit isn't rent controlled (built after 2018). Trying to figure out if I should push back or just look elsewhere.

Love being walking distance to everything in Hintonburg. Downside is maintenance requests take a while. Reported a leaky tap and it took almost two weeks. Otherwise happy here.
For rent-controlled units in Ontario there's a yearly guideline cap. If your increase is above it and your unit is covered, that's worth questioning. Saved me a chunk this year.
